Preparation time-15mins

Serves-3
Ingredients:
1 small cabbage
10 gms of ginger
5 green chillies
2 red chillies
1 sp mustard seeds
1 sp urad dal
1/2 sp jeera
pinch of hing
3 pinches salt
4-5 curry leaves
Method:
- Finely chop the cabbage and cook it under pressure until 3 whistles.
- Peel the skin of ginger,cut it and also green chillies into pieces and grind it to a fine paste adding salt.
- Prepare seasoning with mustard seeds,urad dal,jeera,crushed red chillies,hing and curry leaves in hot oil pan.
- Now add the ginger-chilly paste to the seasoning.fry for a min.
- Then add cooked cabbage pieces to the pan.
- Switch off the heat and mix it evenly.Close the lid for 2mins.Then serve.
- Nice curry dish with hot rice and you can try adding some curds to this and have with roti too.My family is fond of it and it tastes Spicy!!!
