Kheer cone:Preparation time-1 hr
Serves-6
Ingredients:
6 cones
3 chocolates sliced
1 cup of dry fruits
1 cup rice(uncooked)
4 cups milk
150 gms sugar

2 sps vanilla essence
Method:
- Boil milk on low flame,till it becomes thick and reduces to 3cups.
- Now put rice in it and allow to cook.Make into a paste like consistency.I prefer soaking rice in hot water for 5-10mins and drain it before cooking in milk,as it cooks easily if soaked.
- Add sugar to it and mix it properly.
- Add vanilla essence.Mix it.Close it with a lid for 5more mins.
- slice the chocolate and chop nuts.Add these to the cooked rice paste.Mix it even.
- Allow this to cool for sometime in a wide bowl.
- After getting into room temperature...fill this slowly in biscuit cones.
- Keep it in freezer for 30mins.Thats it!
- It tastes good when chilled.
- Children likes it much as it duplicates icecream.Try and see...
