
Cripsy and tasty source of protein
Ingredients:
1 cup moong dal
1 cup chana dal
1 cup urad dal
1 cup unboiled rice
2 sps jeera
sunflower oil
3 pinches salt
Method:

- Soak all kinds of dal and rice in water over night.
- Next day drain the water and grind dal into a smooth batter.
- Collect the batter in a bowl,add salt and jeera to it and mix evenly.
- Heat a flat pan and spread batter into a thin circle.
- Sprinkle oil and fry till golden brown.Take it from pan carefully into a plate.
- Ready to serve.Enjoy with onion chutney or sambar dip.
- Excellent source of protein with different kinds of dal.
