Ingredients:
250 gms of Coriander
1/4 cup chena dal
1/4 cup urad dal
1 sp mustard seeds
10 dry red chillies
8 green chillies
2 pinches hing

2 sps tamarind paste
3-4 pinches salt
3 sps sunflower oil
Method:
- Wash and seperate coriander leaves and keep them aside.
- In a sauce pan,heat oil and on low flame fry chena dal,urad dal into mild,light brown.Take care not to over fry them as that alters the taste.
- Now switch off the heat and add dry red chillies,hing to it and saute for few seconds.
- Take them into a plate and allow it to cool.
- Meanwhile in the same pan,heat 1sp of oil and prepare tempering for chutney with mustard seeds and a spoon of urad dal,3 red chillies.
- After the fried dal and chillies comes to room temperature,grind it for a minute adding tamarind paste and green chillies.
- Then add coriander and salt to the grinder with dal and grind it again for few seconds,you can add 2-3 sps of water.
- The ground chutney should be coarse.
- Season it with the prepared tempering.Serve.
- Tastes good with rice and even with breakfast items.
